Llewellyn has been a practicing attorney for over 29 years in The Bahamas and founded Harley James Law in 2020. His practice focuses on private client wealth management (acquisition of property, estate planning and administration and corporate structures) and aviation law. He provides advice to international and domestic air carriers and private clients.
Kathryn began her career as a corporate secretary over 30 years ago in offshore banking before transitioning to the legal sector. Her legal experience derives from one of the country’s leading law firms where she gained a sound knowledge of the industry working under one of its senior partners. Kathryn has been with Harley James since its inception, bringing with her a vast wealth of experience.
E. J. Maria Ageeb attended Keele University in the UK, graduating with a LLB (Hons) in 1999. She then completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law (now City Law School) and was called to the Bars of England and Wales and The Bahamas in 2002. In 2015 she took on the role of Compliance Officer at one of the country’s leading law firms along with her legal practice.
Shenika Astwood began her corporate career 25 years ago at one The Bahamas’leading law firms where she gained extensive knowledge and experience in corporate management and administration including domestic and foreign company incorporation and registration, the management of companies and Bahamian company liquidations.
